Even 4x4s can get stuck! The Lock Right smoothly transfers power from slipping wheels to the ones with traction. These kits replace standard differential spider gears with a ratcheting assembly that transfers torque in a reversed fashion from normal differentials. Some locking differentials require that you actually turn them on or off during off-road maneuvers, but Lock Right works automatically, so you can keep your hands on the wheel - and your mind on the terrain. These are complete kits with clear & helpful installation instructions. A competent do-it-yourselfer will be able to install one of these kits in a few hours with common tools. Because the ring & pinion are not disturbed, no gear lash adjustments are required.
